What does my result mean?

Result levels of the AI potential check
Grade Points Assessment
H 75–100 High potential. A lot of your time goes into work a machine can take over. A first process can usually go live within a few weeks — and the benefit is normally noticeable in the first month.
C 55–74 Clear potential. There are clear starting points, but not everywhere. The right approach is a tightly scoped first step rather than a large project — that way you quickly see whether the effort pays off for you.
P 35–54 Potential in places. A lot already runs in an orderly way in your business. Automation is worth it here in individual places — across the board, probably not. We would advise a small, clearly bounded component.
L 0–34 Little potential at present. Frankly: there is little to be gained here at the moment. Your processes are evidently well organised. A project would cost you more than it brings in — better to get in touch when your volumes change.

Why do we not ask for figures?

Because most businesses do not measure how long routine work takes — and estimated figures only make a result look more precise than it is. The check therefore asks about your everyday impression: how often something repeats, how often something is left undone, how quickly you find a piece of information. You can answer that reliably without having to look anything up.

What does the AI potential check measure?

It estimates how much there really is to be gained from automation and AI in your case. Five areas are assessed: recurring tasks, information and documents, enquiries and response time, systems and data, and the team and its conditions. The volume of recurring work counts most, because that is where the most direct lever sits.

How long does the check take?

Ten questions, about two minutes. You need no preparation, no figures and no documents — your everyday impression is enough. The result appears immediately on the page.

Do I have to give my email address?

No. The check runs entirely without an account and without an email address, and the result is not hidden behind a form. You can arrange a call afterwards — but you do not have to.

Are my answers stored?

No. The evaluation runs entirely in your browser. Your answers never leave your device and are not stored anywhere. If you reload the page, they are gone.

How accurate is the result?

It is an orientation, not an analysis. Ten questions cannot capture your processes in full — that takes a conversation and a look at the actual procedures. What the check does tell you reliably is whether that conversation is worth your while.

What happens if the result shows little potential?

Then we will say so just as plainly. A low result means your processes are already well organised and a project would cost more than it brings in. We would rather turn work down honestly than take on a job that does you no good.

Does the check apply to sole traders as well?

Yes. In one-person businesses and small teams, routine work eats up the largest share of time precisely because it rests on so few shoulders. The questions are framed to work just as well for a sole trader as for a company with several departments.
