“AXR-Systems” is the brand under which we operate this service. The legal entity and contracting party is exclusively the company named above. The same company operates the platforms saldy.de, dienstleistungen24.de and zeitflex.de; the legal notice on each of those sites states the same details.
Dispute resolution
Since 20 July 2025 the European Commission no longer provides a platform for online dispute resolution. A reference to it, as still found in many legal notices, has led nowhere since then; we have therefore removed it.
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body within the meaning of the Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz (German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act). If something is wrong, please contact us directly — that is the faster route for both sides.
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws, pursuant to § 7(1) DDG (German Digital Services Act). Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement becomes known.
